Loudoun County desperately needs an affordable housing and development strategy. We must help those who work and sacrifice every day for our county to live here, especially our teachers, policemen, and firefighters. Over the course of my professional career, I have overseen the delivery of 6,000 units of affordable housing. Loudoun County must diversify its housing stock.
Let’s build much-needed multi-family housing near new Metro stations, instead of eating-up precious farmland. Let’s use our already-existing infrastructure, like roads and sewers, to avoid unnecessary growth and increased taxes. Let’s have a smart growth plan to preserve our rural and open spaces and agri-businesses in the west. We will not stand for careless development and the loss of our farmland. Your support will help us keep western Loudoun a beautiful place for years to come.
